กรณีที่พนักงานปฏิบัติงานในต่างประเทศก่อนวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม2559 สามารถเลือกได้ที่จะใช้ตามแนวสิทธิประโยชน์เดิม หรือ สิทธิประโยชน์ใหม่ จนเมื่อครบสัญญาเดิม หลังจากนั้นต้องใช้ตามแนวสิทธิประโยชน์ใหม่
