2) ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ผู้ฝึกงานจำเป็นต้องเรียนรู้เพื่อให้สามารถสื่อสาร อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และปรับตัวเข้ากับบุคลากรของหน่วยงานในแผนก/ฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ได้
