  ข้อ 11 การบอกกล่าวและหนังสือ

คู่สัญญาตกลงว่าบรรดาคำบอกกล่าวหรือหนังสือใด ๆ ที่ส่งให้แก่กันนั้น หากส่งทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียนตอบรับตามที่อยู่ที่ปรากฏในสัญญาฉบับนี้แล้วนั้น ถือว่าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นได้รู้ถึงข้อความดังกล่าวสิ้นแล้ว

 

  ข้อ 12 ความผูกพันแห่งสัญญา

คู่สัญญาตกลงให้สัญญานี้มีผลผูกพันไปยังทายาทโดยธรรม ผู้จัดการมรดก ผู้สืบสิทธิ ผู้ปกครองทรัพย์หรือผู้รับมรดกของคู่สัญญาด้วย
