ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการนำสื่อภาษาอังกฤษมาใช้ร่วมกับการเล่นเกมในรูปแบบ Action RPG และเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางด้านทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ โดยนำเสนอในรูปแบบของเกม 3 มิติ และใช้ภาพ 2 มิติเป็นสื่อการนำเสนอเรื่องราวภายในเกม กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1-4 สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี จำนวน 50 คน ที่ได้จากการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยทดสอบด้วยการให้นักศึกษาทดลองเล่นเกม 3 มิติ ในชื่อเกมว่า Dimension Earth จากนั้นให้ทำแบบสอบถามในการวัดประเมินผลของระบบตัวเกม 3 มิติ จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติจากแบบสอบถามโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานของระบบเกม 3 มิติ และประโยชน์ที่ได้จากเกมในรูปแบบ Action RPG นั้นได้รับความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก จึงแสดงให้เห็นว่าเกม 3 มิติ มีประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการเล่นได้ทักษะด้านภาษาและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะภายในเกมได้ดี ซึ่งทำให้เกมส่งผลให้ผู้เล่นเกิดความสนใจในการอยากเรียนรู้ระบบของเกมและร่วมสนุกไปกับเกม RPG ได้อรรถรส

In this research is intended to bring the English media in conjunction with game play in the form Action RPG, and compare the achievement of English language skills by presenting in the form of 3D games and using 2D images as a media presentation of the story within the game. The objective of this research is to study the English language media in conjunction with playing games in the form Action RPG and comparison in English skills.
