ข้อ 2. ผู้เช่าตกลงชำระค่าเช่าห้อง ค่าบริการอุปกรณ์ภายในห้อง ค่าบริการส่วนกลาง ค่าน้ำประปา และค่าไฟตามข้อ 1. ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าล่วงหน้าภายในวันที่ 5 ของเดือน ตามปฏิทินทุกเดือน จนกว่าจะครบกำหนดอายุตามสัญญาเช่าฉบับนี้ หากผู้เช่าผิดนัดไม่ชำระให้ครบตามกำหนดนี้ ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้สัญญาเช่าฉบับนี้ สิ้นสุดลงทันที โดยผู้ให้เช่าไม่ต้องบอกล่วงหน้าไม่ว่าด้วยวาจาหรือลายลักษณ์อักษร หากผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาข้อนี้ยินดีให้ผู้ให้เช่าปรับเป็นจำนวนเงินวันละ 200 บาท จนกว่าจะต่อสัญญาใหม่ หรือจนกว่าจะย้ายออกจากห้องเช่า
ข้อ 3. กรณีผู้เช่าละทิ้งห้องพักที่เช่าเป็นระยะเวลาเกิน 30 วัน นับแต่วันที่ครบกำหนดซึ่งผู้เช่าจะต้องชำระค่าเช่าตามกำหนดเวลาในข้อ 2. โดยมิได้บอกกล่าว ผู้เช่าตกลงยินยอมดังนี้
