เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกให้นักศึกษาหญิงภายในมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง รู้จักการทิ้งผ้าอนามัยที่ใช้แล้วให้เป็นระเบียบถูกสุขลักษณะ ซึ้งจะเป็นการลดการแพร่กระจายของเชื้อโรคจากผ้าอนามัยที่ใช้แล้ว และเพื่อทำให้ห้องน้ำหญิงของทางมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงดูสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ ดูน่าใช้มากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังลดกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ภายในห้องน้ำที่สร้างความรำคาญให้กับบุคคลที่ใบริการห้องน้ำอีกด้วย
