โยเกิร์ตรสธรรมชาติ 1/2 ถ้วย
วิธีทำ
1. นำผลไม้ทุกชนิดมาหั่นให้ได้ขนาดพอดีคำ เสร็จแล้วใส่ถ้วยหรือจานก็ได้
2. นำโยเกิร์ตรสธรรมชาติที่แช่เย็นไว้มาราดลงบนผลไม้ แล้วโรยหน้าด้วยธัญญาหารรวม(Mix Cereal) หรือจะเป็นลูกเกด เม็ดมะม่วงหิมมพานต์ก็ได้ เพียงเท่านี้ก็จะได้ “สลัดโยเกิร์ตผลไม้” ไว้กินเล่นดับร้อน แต่ทั้งนี้ผลไม้ที่ใช้อาจเปลี่ยนได้ตามความชอบ
