ถนนหวายเหนียว- หนองปลาหมอ (รพช.หมายเลข กจ.11023 ปัจจุบันเปลี่ยนเป็น ทช. กจ4029) เริ่มต้นจากตำบลหวายเหนียว ผ่านตำบลเขาสามสิบหาบ ตำบลโคกตะบอง ไปยัง หนองปลาหมอ อำเภอบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี
นอกจากนั้น ยังมีทางหลวงท้องถิ่นติดต่อระหว่างตำบลและอำเภอใกล้เคียงครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ที่ใช้สัญจรไปมาได้ตลอดปี
