ด้วยเหตุนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงเห็นว่าควรมีการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการความรู้ สำหรับผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจ(SMEs) โดยการรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ที่มีอยู่ และเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจ (SMEs) ทั้งนี้ระบบการบริหารจัดการความรู้ดังกล่าว สามารถจัดทำเป็นฐานข้อมูลกลาง และยังสามารถออกใบรับรองความรู้ได้ หากผู้ประกอบการต้องการไปใช้เป็นหลักฐานประกอบ เพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือกับหน่วยงานพันธมิตรที่ทำข้อตกลงร่วมมือกันไว้
