ผมได้ปรึกษากับคุณสมชายผู้ผลิตเมอร์รี่ ไบร์ท แล้วเขาบอกว่าคุณภาพของเราก็ดีเหมือนเดิม แต่อาจเกิดจากการเก็บสต๊อกสินค้านานเกินไปจึงทำให้คุณภาพไบร์ทลดลง และผม( วีระชัย ) ก็เคยแจ้งคุณไปแล้วว่า ตอนนี้โรงงานของเรากำลังปรับปรุงอยู่ ซึ่งจะแล้วเสร็จในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2015 นี้ และเราก็จะพยายามปรับปรุงคุณภาพให้ดีขึ้นกว่าเดิม หวังว่าคุณคงจะเข้าใจ
