1. จริยธรรม มี 2 ความหมาย คือ

2. จรรยา (etiquette) หมายถึง ความประพฤติ กิริยาที่ควรประพฤติซึ่งสังคมแต่ละสังคม กำหนดขึ้นสอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรม ในแต่ละวิชาชีพก็อาจกำหนดบุคลิกภาพ กิริยา วาจาที่บุคคลในวิชาชีพพึงประพฤติปฏิบัติ เช่น ครู แพทย์ พยาบาล ย่อมเป็นผู้ที่พึงสำรวมในกิริยา วาจา ท่าทางที่แสดงออก
