As per the audit result for SU mode

As per the audit result for SU model, we are requested by MMTh to submit the improvement plan on 15 Jul 2014.
I already input the improvement item and response person in the improvement plan. I would like to ask you to complete the improvement detail and action plan in form 5 and 6(only) in the attached.
Please note that the improvement plan have to submit to MMTh within 15 Jul and the improvement detail have to finish within 31 Jul 2014.
