บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหารในตำบลศรีสัชนาลัย อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย เพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหารและบทบาทหญิงชายในบริบทการพัฒนาในตำบลศรีสัชนาลัย อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย และเพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหารและบทบาทหญิงชายในบริบทการพัฒนาในตำบลศรีสัชนาลัย อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหารและบทบาทหญิงชายในบริบทการพัฒนาในตำบลศรีสัชนาลัย อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 728 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาดังนี้
1.สภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหาร เห็นด้วยในระดับมากอาหารมีความจำเป็นที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแตกต่างจากสมัยก่อน เห็นด้วยในระดับมากมีการใช้นำอาหารมาเปลี่ยนแปลงในสมัยปัจจุบัน ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในบริบทชุมชน เห็นด้วยในระดับมาก
2.การประเมินบทบาทหญิงชายมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างจากก่อน ของชุมชนด้านบทบาทในการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของตำบลศรีสัชนาลัย อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย พบว่าในภาพรวมการประเมินการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหารและบทบาทหญิงชายในบริบทการพัฒนาในตำบลศรีสัชนาลัย อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย อยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายพบว่าควรมีการส่งเสริมด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านอาหารและบทบาทหญิงชายในบริบทการพัฒนา บทบาทหญิงชาย ส่งเสริมการการพัฒนาในบริบทชุมชน ให้พัฒนามีรูปแบบที่ดีขึ้น โดยให้การพัฒนาเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
