วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย
1. เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการท�ำ สัญญาระหว่างไทย-ลาว พืชกะหล�่ำปลี แขวงจ�ำ ปาสัก
2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรลาวที่มีต่อการผลิตในระบบพันธะสัญญาไทย-ลาวของพืชกะหล�่ำปลี แขวงจ�ำ ปาสัก
3. เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของเกษตรกรลาวผู้ปลูกกะหล�่ำปลี แขวงจ�ำ ปาสัก
4. เปรียบเทียบรายได้ของเกษตรกรลาวที่มีปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่แตกต่างกัน
ความส�ำ คัญของการวิจัย
1. ทราบรูปแบบและลักษณะการท�ำ สัญญาระหว่างไทย-ลาว ชนิดพืชกะหล�่ำปลี
2. ทราบถึงระดับความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรกรลาวที่มีต่อการผลิตในระบบพันธะสัญญาไทย-ลาว ของพืชกะหล�่ำปลี
แขวงจ�ำ ปาสัก ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องจะได้ปรับปรุงสัญญาให้เป็นที่พึงพอใจและเกิดความเป็นธรรมทั้งสองฝ่าย
3. ทราบต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของเกษตรกรลาวผู้ปลูกกะหล�่ำปลี แขวงจ�ำ ปาสัก สามารถน�ำ ไปเป็นข้อมูลก�ำ หนดนโยบาย
ช่วยเหลือและส่งเสริมการผลิตในระบบพันธะสัญญาของรัฐทั้งสองประเทศ
4. ทราบถึงปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่ส่งผลต่อรายได้ของเกษตรกรลาวเพื่อน�ำ ไปเป็นข้อมูลและส่งเสริมเกษตรกรลาวในระบบ
การผลิตเพื่อให้เกษตรกรลาวมีสภาพเศรษฐกิจที่ดีขึ้น
ขอบเขตของการวิจัย
ขอบเขตของการวิจัยครอบคลุมถึงรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
1. ประชากร ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ เกษตรกรลาวที่เข้าร่วมโครงการการผลิตในระบบพันธะสัญญาไทยลาว
ระหว่างจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีกับแขวงจ�ำ ปาสัก จ�ำ นวน 118 ราย
2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ เกษตรกรลาวจ�ำ นวน 118 ราย เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐฝ่ายไทย-ลาว จ�ำ นวน 6 ราย
และผู้ประกอบการไทยลาวจ�ำ นวน 3 ราย ใช้การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง
3. ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2555-เดือนพฤศจิกายน 2555 รวมระยะเวลา 10 เดือน
