ศูนย์แสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ ศรีสะเกษอควาเรียม ตั้งอยู่ภายในสวนเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 80 พรรษา (เกาะห้วยน้ำคำ) ในท้องที่ตำบลหนองครก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เป็นศูนย์แสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำแห่งแรกในภาคอีสานตอนใต้ สร้างขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับเยาวชน นักเรียน นักศึกษา และผู้ที่สนใจ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดไปในตัว ศูนย์แสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำแห่งนี้เปิดให้เข้าชมครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 8 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2554 ซึ่งตรงกับวันเด็กแห่งชาติ
ภายในอาคารศูนย์แสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำฯ มีการจัดโซนปลาให้ได้ชมทั้งปลาทะเล ปลาน้ำจืด และปลาสวยงาม ซึ่งที่นี่มีพันธุ์ปลามากกว่า 100 ชนิด จำนวนรวมกว่า 4,000 ตัวเลยทีเดียว ทั้งนี้พันธุ์ปลาต่างๆ ได้ถูกจัดแสดงในตู้หลายขนาด มีตั้งแต่ขนาดทั่วๆ ไป จนถึงขนาดใหญ่ราวจอภาพยนตร์ ที่สำคัญคือ แต่ละตู้จะมีป้ายข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปลาชนิดนั้นๆ กำกับอยู่ ผู้มาเยือนจึงได้รับทั้งความรู้และความเพลิดเพลินในเวลาเดียวกัน
