Jamsaiบทความที่น่าสนใจอื่นๆพระราชประวัติในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 The Beloved King of ThailandPublished on ตุลาคม 26, 2017 ByJamsai Editor118SHARESShareTweetทำไมคนไทยถึงรักพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชหรือในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 ยิ่งกว่าชีวิต เป็นคำถามที่คนไทยทุกคนสามารถตอบได้โดยใช้หัวใจเรารักพระองค์ท่าน เพราะสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงทำเพื่อชาวไทยนั้นช่างมากมายเหลือคณานับ ไม่แปลกใจที่คนไทยทุกคต่างภูมิใจที่ได้เกิดในรัชกาลที่ 9 และอยากบอกเล่าเรื่องราวความจงรักภักดีที่มีต่อพระองค์ท่านให้ลูกหลานที่ยังเล็กอยู่ได้รับรู้ความดีของพระองค์ท่าน รวมทั้งพระราชประวัติของพระองค์ก็มีความน่าสนใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งไม่แพ้กันทรงพระราชสมภพ - พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชทรงมีพระนามเดิมว่า ‘พระวรวงศ์เธอพระองค์เจ้าภูมิพลอดุลยเดช’- พระนามของพระองค์มีความหมายดังนี้ ภูมิ หมายถึง แผ่นดิน และ พล หมายถึง พลัง รวมกันแล้ว ภูมิพล จึงหมายความว่า พลังแห่งแผ่นดิน ส่วน อดุลย หมายถึง ไม่อาจเทียบได้ และ เดช หมายถึง อำนาจ รวมกันแล้ว อดุลยเดช จึงหมายความว่า อำนาจที่ไม่อาจเทียบได้- ทรงเป็นพระราชโอรสในสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหิดลอดุลยเดช กรมหลวงสงขลานครินทร์และหม่อมสังวาลย์ (สมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนีหรือสมเด็จย่า)- ทรงพระราชสมภพเมื่อวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2470 ณ โรงพยาบาลเมานท์ออเบอร์น รัฐเมสสาชูเขตต์ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา เนื่องจากพระบรมราชชนกและพระบรมราชชนนีกำลังทรงศึกษาต่ออยู่ที่นั่น- ทรงมีพระนามเรียกพระองค์เป็นการลำลองว่า ‘เล็ก’- เมื่อพระชนมายุได้ 5 พรรษา ทรงเข้ารับการศึกษาที่โรงเรียนมาแตร์เดอี กรุงเทพมหานคร- ทรงเสด็จไปศึกษาต่อ ณ ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนเมียร์มองต์ เมืองโลซานน์- ในปี พ.ศ.2478 ได้ทรงเข้าศึกษาต่อชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ณ เอกอลนูแวลเดอลาซูอิสรอม็องด์ เมืองชายีซูร์โลซาน- ทรงมีความเชี่ยวชาญหลายภาษา ได้แก่ อังกฤษ ฝรั่งเศส เยอรมัน และละติน- ในระดับอุดมศึกษาทรงเข้าศึกษาในแผนกวิทยาศาสตร์และวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเมืองโลซานน์- ในปี พ.ศ.2481 ได้เสด็จนิวัตกลับประเทศไทยพร้อมด้วยพระบรมเชษฐาธิราช พระบรมราชชนนี และสมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอขึ้นครองราชย์- เมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน พ.ศ.2489 ขณะที่พระองค์มีพระชนมพรรษา 18 พรรษา รัฐบาลได้กราบบังคมทูลอัญเชิญขึ้นครองราชย์เป็นพระมหากษัตริย์รัชกาลที่ 9 แห่งพระบรมราชจักรีวงศ์- ทรงเฉลิมพระปรมาภิไธยว่า ‘สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช’ และรัฐบาลได้แต่งตั้งผู้สำเร็จราชการบริหารราชการแผ่นดินแทนพระองค์ เนื่องจากยังทรงพระเยาว์- เมื่อวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2489 ได้เสด็จพระราชดำเนินกลับไปทรงศึกษาต่อ ณ กรุงโลซานน์- แม้พระองค์จะทรงโปรดวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์แต่เพื่อประโยชน์ ในการปกครองประเทศได้ทรงเปลี่ยนมาศึกษาวิชาการปกครองแทน เช่น วิชากฎหมาย อักษรศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ภูมิศาสตร์- ทรงศึกษาและฝึกฝนการเล่นดนตรีด้วยพระองค์เอง
