สนธยา วันชัย (2554) รายงานการวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาโปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการบริหารการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างโปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลและเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการบริหารการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งออกดังนี้โปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลและแบบสอบถามเพื่อหาค่าความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้โปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการบริหารการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคืออาจารย์และนักศึกษาคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรจำนวน 12 คนผลการวิจัยด้านที่ 1 ด้านการออกแบบโปรแกรมค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 3.01 ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลางด้านที่ 2 ด้านการใช้งานค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 2.83 ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลางด้านที่ 3 คู่มือการใช้งานค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 1.83 ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับน้อยแนวทางการพัฒนาการพัฒนาโปรแกรมระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการบริหารการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยควรออกแบบโปรแกรมให้ใช้งานให้ครอบคลุมกับเนื้อหาที่ต้องการนำเสนอการเลือกออกแบบเมนูให้ใช้งานง่ายการเขียนคู่มือให้ครอบคลุมเมนูและการใช้งานทั้งหมดของโปรแกรม
Beauchel (1990) ได้ศึกษารูปแบบของการจัดหาและการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ระบบ Microsoft Access ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในรัฐ Arizona เพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบของการจัดหาและการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในห้องสมุดโรงเรียนและเพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการเลือกทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดโรงเรียนพบว่าจำนวนนักเรียนและงบประมาณที่เพิ่มขึ้นทำให้ห้องสมุดมีการนำโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้ในการจัดการในห้องสมุด

2.7 สรุป
จากการที่ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องได้สนับสนุนการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบการจัดการ Sale Order ของบริษัท แอร์โรเฟลกซ์ ด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ทำให้พบว่าโปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการขายสินค้า การค้นหา การแก้ไข ที่เข้ามาใช้และพัฒนาระบบการจัดการ Sale Order ของบริษัท แอร์โรเฟลกซ์ เป็นระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นให้สามารถดูข้อมูลต่างๆและรายละเอียดของข้อมูลการขายสินค้าได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว ผู้วิจัยจึงนำโปรแกรม Microsoft Access 2013 มาพัฒนาระบบของตนเองทั้งนี้เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
