ผลการตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานด้าน IT Management and Data Center Control พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามคู่มือมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน และถูกต้องตามระเบียบปฏิบัติของธนาคาร(รวมทั้งระเบียบปฎิบัติงานของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยและกฎเกณฑ์ต่างๆของทางการการที่เกี่ยวข้อง) มีการควบคุมภายในโดยรวมที่เพียงพอ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม พบประเด็นข้อสังเกตที่มีนัยสำคัญ(เอกสารแนบ)
