การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านหนองแก้วอบต.หนองแก้วอ.เมือง จ.ร้อยเอ็ดมีประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทะลอกกอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโคกสะอาด อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัด สุรินทร์ ปีการศึกษา 2554 – 2555 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็น แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทะลอกกอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโคกสะอาด อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ชนิดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านหนองแก้วอบต.หนองแก้วอ.เมือง จ.ร้อยเอ็ดโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับ มาก ส่วนพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงอันดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากสุดจนถึงค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากชุมชน 2) ด้านบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการ 3) ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย และ 4) ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร
