ขออยากจะขอปรับสถานะจากพนักงานประจำเป็น มาเป็นพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง เพื่อแก้ปัญหาส่วนตัวบางอย่าง โดยผมจะยังคงทำงานเหมือนพนักงานประจำทุกอย่าง และยังคงทำงานอยู่ภายใต้กฏเกณฑ์เดียวกับพนักงานประจำปกติ ซึงผมเข้าใจดีว่าในการเป็นพนักงานสัญญาจ้างผมผมจะไม่ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ใดๆเหมือนพนักงานปกติไม่ว่าจะเป็น ประกันสังคม ประกันสุขภาพ โบนัสและอื่นๆ ซึ่งผมเข้าใจดีว่านั่นคงทำให้คุณลำบากใจ แต่ก็อยากให้คุณช่วยพิจารณาช่วยเหลือผมในเรื่องนี้ด้วย
