4. ควรมีการกำหนดเวลาที่ชัดเจนในการจัดเก็บและขนขยะของแต่ละโรงเรียน
5. ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ในการจัดกลุ่มเครือข่ายทุกรูปแบบ
6. ควรมีการแข่งขันการคัดแยกขยะของแต่ละเขตพื้นที่ และแต่ละห้องเรียนควรนำเสนอต่อทุกคนหน้าเสาธงทุกเดือน
