- บริเวณพื้นที่ที่ผู้รับเหมาดำเนินการ จะต้องมีการใช้เทปเชือกกั้นพื้นที่ที่ดำเนินการโดยรอบ
- ผู้รับเหมา และ/หรือคนงานของผู้เช่า จะต้องจัดพื้นที่ที่มีการปรับปรุง หรือติดตั้ง ให้อยู่ในสภาพเดิม และต้องทำความสะอาด บริเวณที่ดำเนินการให้เรียบร้อยก่อนกลับทุกครั้ง
- ผู้ให้เช่า และ/หรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่า มีสิทธิที่จะเข้าไปตรวจตราความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่เช่าในระหว่างการดำเนินการก่อสร้างตกแต่งได้ตามความเหมาะสม
- ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องจัดทำป้าย โดยมีข้อความระบุดังนี้ “อยู่ในระหว่างดำเนินการ กำลังปรับปรุง ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก” เป็นตัวอักษรสีดำ
- หากเกิดเหตุการณ์ใด ๆ ในระหว่างการดำเนินการ เช่นไฟไหม้ ไฟช็อต หรือเกิดอุบัติเหตุที่ทำให้มีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ หรือเสียชีวิต โปรดแจ้งให้ผู้ให้เช่า และหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าทราบโดยด่วน

- เนื่องจากผู้ให้เช่า ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านโรงแรม ผู้เช่า และ/หรือผู้รับเหมาของผู้เช่า ต้องพยายามทำงาน โดยมีเสียง และความสั่นสะเทือนน้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ เพื่อมิให้เกิดความเดือดร้อน รบกวน และมีผลกระทบต่อลูกค้ารายอื่น ๆ ของผู้ให้เช่า
- ผู้เช่าต้องมีช่างผู้ชำนาญงานในแต่ละระบบไว้ สำหรับการตรวจ ซ่อมแซม และดูแลรักษาเครื่อง ตลอดจนอุปกรณืต่าง ๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพใช้งานได้ดีอยู่เสมอ
- เมื่อการก่อสร้างตกแต่งแล้วเสร็จ ผู้เช่าประสงค์จะเปิดใช้พื้นที่จะต้องแจ้ง และได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้พื้นที่จากผู้ให้เช่าก่อน โดยผู้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ผู้ให้เช่า และ/หรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าทราบ เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย และความถูกต้องของการตกแต่งตามแบบที่ได้รับการอนุมัติไว้

- ผู้รับเหมา และคนงานจะต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ภายในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่กำหนดเท่านั้น ห้ามออกไปก่อความรำคาญให้กับผู้อื่น
- ต้องเชื่อฟังเจ้าหน้าที่ และ/หรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่า ที่กำหนดให้เป็นผู้ประสานงานในการสั่งระงับ หรือว่ากล่าวตักเตือนอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ผู้เช่าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบทั้งหมดต่อการกระทำใด ๆ ของผู้รับเหมา และ/หรือคนงานของผู้รับเหมาเองทั้งสิ้น
• ข้อห้ามในการใช้พื้นที่ และอาคาร
- ห้ามจุด หรือก่อไฟ อันเป็นเหตุที่จะทำให้เกิดอันตราย หรือเกิดอัคคีภัยได้ในบริเวณพื้นที่
- ห้ามพักอาศัยในบริเวณพื้นที่ และตัวอาคารห้ามเล่นการพนันทุกชนิดภายในบริเวณพื้นที่เช่าที่ดำเนินการ หากมีการฝ่าฝืน และตรวจพบไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ จะต้องเสียค่าปรับ 2,000.- บาท/ครั้ง/คน และผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิที่จะแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ของทางราชการเข้ามาดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย
- ห้ามนำสุรา และสิ่งมึนเมาทุกชนิด รวมทั้งสารเสพติดทุกชนิดเข้ามาในขณะปฏิบัติงาน หากมีการฝ่าฝืน และตรวจพบไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ จะต้องเสียค่าปรับ 2,000.- บาท/ครั้ง/คน และผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิที่จะแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ของทางราชการเข้ามาดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย

- ห้ามถ่ายปัสสาวะ และอุจจาระในบริเวณที่ไม่ใช่ห้องน้ำ หรือสถานที่ที่ไม่ได้จัดเตรียมให้
