เรื่อง ผู้อำนวยการ โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ร้องเรียน สินค้าได้ยกเลิกการผลิต และการสำรองอะไหล อุปกรณ์ ก่อนที่จะขายให้กับทางโรงพยาบาล
เนื่องจากทางโรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ได้ทำการส่งเรื่องซ่อมแซม กล้องรุ่น CF-1T-140L SR 2600694 ซึ้งได้ทำการซื้อจากบริษัท ไทยเมดิคอลเอนจิเนียร์ ตั้งแต่ปี 2549 แต่ทางบริษัท โอลิมปัส ได้ทำหนังสือแจ้งยกเลิกการผลิต ณ วันที่ 21 พค. 2556 ทางโรงพยาบาลจึงจำเป็นต้องมีการจัดซื้อเพิ่มเติมเพื่อทดแทนกล้องตัวเดิมแ ละได้ทำเรื่องเสนอผู้บริการอนุมัติ เป็นรุ่น CF-H180L จำนวน 1 ตัว แต่ปรากฏว่า ผอ.ได้ทำการตรวจเช็คนับระยะเวลาปีที่จัดซื้อถึงปีที่ยกเลิก รวมเวลา 7 ปี แต่ทางบริษัทได้ทำหนังสือบอกยกเลิกการผลิต และการสำรองอะไหล อุปกรณ์ มาเป็นเวลากว่า 8 ปี เมือเปรียบเทียบกับเอกสารดังกล่าว ไม่สอดคลองกัน จึงทำให้ผอ.ไม่พอใจเป็นอย่างมาก เข้าใจว่า ทางบริษัทได้ขายกล้องที่ยกเลิกการผลิตให้กับทางโรงพยาบาล
ทางฝ่ายขายได้เข้าไปชี้แจงเหตุผลถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและรับผิดในเหตุการณครั้งนี้ เนื่องจากในช่วยระยะเวลานั้น ปี2549 บริษัทขายผ่านช่องทาง ตัวแทนจำหน่ายทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาด และหาแนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้น คือ
1. ซื้อกล้องตัวเดิมกลับในราคาพิเศษ มากว่าปกติ 5 เท่า
2. ลดราคากล้องที่จะจัดซื้อตัวใหม่เพิ่มเติม
3. ทาง ผอ. ต้องการให้ทำหนังสือชี้แจงเหตุผลจากบริษัทด่วนที่สุด
