23. หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุ อันเนื่องมาจากการขับรถโดยการประมาท และหรือขับรถเร็วเกินที่กฎหมายกำหนด และหรือใช้โทรศัพท์ในขณะขับรถ พนักงานขับรถ จะต้องเป็นผู้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหายทั้งสิ้น
