ารวิจัย เรื่อง การบริหารจัดการที่มุ่งความสำเร็จที่ใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าสองยาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการที่มุ่งความสำเร็จที่ใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานและศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารจัดการที่มุ่งความสำเร็จที่ใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าสองยาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้ปฎิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้างาน 4 ฝ่าย ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าสองยาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 18 โรงเรียน รวม 108 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การบริหารจัดการที่มุ่งความสำเร็จที่ใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าสองยาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการควบคุม รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการนำ และด้านการวางแผน ตามลำดับ
ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรมีการประชุมวางแผนร่วมกันให้ชัดเจนและเป็นระบบพร้อมทั้งแจ้งให้คณะครูทราบทุกๆ ครั้งก่อนจะดำเนินงาน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรใช้ทักษะกระบวนการโดยเน้นการทำงานที่สร้างความตระหนักและส่งเสริมความรักความสามัคคี ผู้บริหารต้องเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีและเป็นกัลยาณมิตรกับทุกคน การให้ขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน รวมทั้งควรมีการประเมินผลงานหรือโครงการหลังการดำเนินงานเสร็จสิ้นลง
