Abstract
This research study aims to determine the performance capability by profession. For nursing staff to serve foreigners who come to be treated in a private hospital in Thailand. Compare opinions about the need for the performance of duties of those who work in hospitals, including Chief Nursing Officer and Nursing. And determine the form of training to develop the capacity of nurses to provide patient care for foreigners who come for treatment in Thailand. The samples used in the study were nurses who provide care to foreigners in private hospitals in Thailand's leading number of 71 persons, including data from September 2558 - November 2558 using a survey on the need. performance by professional nurses who provide customer service for foreigners who come to be treated in a private hospital.
