9.3 ระบบเอกสารการจัดการความปลอดภัยอาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดลัอม ข้อกำหนด 4.4.4 ได้มีการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงดังต่อไปนี้
แจ้งการใช้เอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และรบบเอกสารทั้งหมดของทุกแผนก แจ้งให้ทราบ : เจ้าหน้าที่ Auditor ทุกท่าน และพนักงานทุกท่าน ทาง MR และเจ้าหน้าที่ DCC (หน่วยงานจัดเก็บเอกสาร) และแผนกทุกแผนต่อไปนี้จะไม่มีการจัดเก็บเอกสารในรูปแบบไฟล์เอกสารใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น โดยจะมีการจัดเก็บเอกสารในรูปแบบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แทน แต่จะมีเอกสารเพียงบางส่วน ที่จัดเก็บคือ กฎหมายแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแผนฉุกเฉินที่เป็นสำเนาติดบอร์ด จึงแจ้งให้ทราบโดยถ้วนหน้ากัน
