แจ้งให้ทราบ ทาง GSO – IT จะทำการย้ายอีเมลล์ของแต่ละท่านที่ค้างอยู่บนระบบ Zimbra มาเก็บไว้ที่ Exchange เพื่อความสะดวกในการปฎิบัติหน้ามี่ โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้

วันพุธที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 (GSO – IT ดำเนินการ)
เวลา 18.00 : Password ของท่านจะถูกเปลี่ยนเป็น Default Password อัตโนมัติ ซึ่งก็คือ “welcome 14”
*** ตั้งแต่เวลา 18.00 เป็นต้นไป ท่านยังคงสามารถรับ-ส่งอีเมลล์ตามปกติด้วย Default Password ดังที่แจ้งไป ***
เวลา 18.00 – 21.00 : ย้ายอีเมลล์ที่ค้างอยู่บนระบบ Zimbra มาเก็บไว้ที่ Exchange
เวลา 21.00 : ทดสอบระบบ Exchange

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 (ข้อควรปฎิบัติของเพื่อพนักงาน)
1. เปิดเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ / Login ด้วย Default Pasword
2. กด CTRL + ALT + DELETE
3. เลือก Change a password
4. กรอก Default Password ในช่อง Old Password
5. กรอก New Password ในช่อง New Password
6. กรอก Confirm Password ในช่อง Confirm Password
7. กด ลูกศร Login
8. หลังจากเข้าสู้ระบบ Windows ให้เปิดโปรแกรม MS Outlook
9. หากโปรแกรม MS Outlook ถามท่านเกี่ยวกับ Password ให้ท่านกรอก New Password ที่ท่านกำหนดในข้อ 6 เพื่อเป็นการยืนยันอีกครั้งหนึ่ง เป็นอันเสร็จสมบูรณ์

Thursday, February 13, 2557 (should work, to employee)
1. Turn the computer / login with the default pasword
2. Pressing ctrl alt delete
3. Choice change a password
4. Enter default password in the old password
5. Enter new password in the new password
6.Enter confirm password in the confirm password
7. Pressing the arrow login
8., After login windows to open ms outlook
9.If the program asks you about ms outlook password, enter your new password you specified in Article 6 to confirm again.

7. press Login arrow
8. after fighting the system Windows, open MS Outlook program
9. If the MS Outlook asking you about your Password New Password thankrok, defined in article 6 in order to confirm once again became complete

5. Fill in the New Password New Password
6.Fill in the box Confirm Password Confirm Password
7.Press arrow Login
8. After the fight system, open the program MS Windows Outlook
