19.1 ในกรณีพบเรื่องที่มิได้กล่าวในสัญญานี้ และเป็นข้อสงสัยหรือขัดกับสัญญานี้ ให้มีการจัดการตกลงระหว่างคู่สัญญาไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
19.2 คู่สัญญาตกลงว่า สัญญานี้อาจมีการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ทั้งนี้ โดยทำเป็นหนังสือและลงลายมือชื่อโดยตัวแทนผู้มีอำนาจของคู่สัญญาแต่ละฝ่ายพร้อมประทับตราสำคัญ (ถ้ามี)
