1. Handle Recruitment & selection process by searching for the potential candidates that suitable for vacancy position : Focus on Manager Level and above
2. Arrange HR policies and procedures by updating existing procedures and manage new procedure for being the guideline to practice under the Management Approval.
3. Participate in the development of Tactical business plan regarding the Compensation and Benefit , Rewards, Salary Review , Incentive or bonus , Performance Management Process to ensure the achievement of the Operations Objectives.
4. Handle HR labor relation to ensure that HR activities & policies are complied with Labor Law.
5. Assist the other business unit by providing general HR advice.
6. Monitor team members performance by giving the recommendation or helping them to solve the problems.
7. Handle the other assignments from Management.

Minimum Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology or other related field
- Experience: At least 10 years experience in both HRD and HRM
- Skills: Good command of English , Proficiency in MS Office & Internet
- Others: Self Motivated and energetic, Strong Leadership skill, Possess Good communication and negotiation skill .
- Able to work with individual at all levels
