Key Accountabilities:
Human Resources Development
1. Arrange Training Program by surveying training needs and dealing. With the Specialist to deliver the training programs by job requirements and job competency
2. Enhance employee job effectiveness. And morale by being the leader to arrange HR activities and the organizational development program
Human Resources Management
1.Handle Recruitment & selection process by searching for the potential candidates that suitable for vacancy position: Focus. On Manager Level and above
2. Arrange HR policies and procedures by updating existing procedures and manage new procedure. For being the guideline to practice under the Management Approval.
3.Participate in the development of Tactical business plan regarding the Compensation and Benefit Rewards Salary Review Incentive,,,, Or bonus Performance Management, Process to ensure the achievement of the Operations Objectives.
4. Handle HR labor relation. To ensure that HR activities & policies are complied with Labor Law.
5. Assist the other business unit by providing general. HR advice.
6.Monitor team members performance by giving the recommendation or helping them to solve the problems.
7. Handle the other. Assignments from Management.
- Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in, Political Sciences. Industrial Psychology or other related field
- Experience: At least 10 years experience in both HRD and HRM
- Skills: Good. Command, of EnglishProficiency in MS Office & Internet
- Others: Self Motivated and energetic Strong skill Possess, Leadership, Good communication. And negotiation skill.
- Able to work with individual at all levels
