เรื่อง แจ้งแผนงานทาสีบริเวณชั้นลานจอดรถ
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและท่านผู้พักอาศัย

ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการดำเนิน
การทาสีบริเวณชั้นลานจอดรถ เริ่มตั้งแต่ วันพุธที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ในขั้นตอนของการฉีดน้ำที่ผนังกำแพง อาจมีน้ำกระเด็นใส่รถยนต์และรถมอเตอร์ไซของท่าน ซึ่งจะใช้เวลา 2 วัน จากนั้นเป็นขั้นตอนการทาสีรองพื้น ในวันจันทร์ที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2558 โดยการทาสีภายในนี้มีกำหนดการแล้วเสร็จภายในวันศุกร์ที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2558
เราจึงขอแนะนำให้ท่านนำรถมาจอดบริเวณลานจอดด้านบนเพื่อความปลอดภัยในทรัพย์สินของท่านในช่วงระยะเวลาดังกล่าว
