พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่ของ เกาะทะลุ เป็นป่าทึบ ทางทิศตะวันตกของเกาะเป็นแนวหน้าผาสูงชัน ทิศตะวันออกและทิศใต้เป็นหาดทรายขาวสะอาด จุดเด่นของ เกาะทะลุ อยู่ที่ชายหาดสวย น้ำทะเลใส เงียบสงบ มีจุดชมวิว และจุดดำน้ำ ถือเป็นเกาะที่มีแนวปะการังที่สวยที่สุดของทะเลระยอง (ฤดูกาลที่เหมาะแก่การท่องเที่ยวคือ ช่วง พฤศจิกายน – เมษายน)
