การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการให้บริการสำนักงานทะเบียนและประมวลผลของนักศึกษาเอกวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นปีที่ 4 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ 2558 โดยทำการศึกษาด้วยวิธีการ แจกแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการของสำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษาเอกวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเฉลี่ยมาตรฐาน
