เพื่อให้การดำเนินการทำกิจกรรม 5 ส.ป

เพื่อให้การดำเนินการทำกิจกรรม 5 ส.ประจำปี 2014 ได้ดำเนินการอย่างมีระบบและขั้นตอนการทำกิจกรรมที่ต่อเนื่องและได้ผลตามนโยบาย จึงขอแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดังนี้
คณะกรรมการมีวาระ 1 ปี หน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการมีดังนี้
1.วางแผนการดำเนินกิจกรรม 5 ส.ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและกำหนดเวลา
2.จัดทำข้อกำหนดมาตราฐานในระบบกิจกรรม 5 ส
3.ประสานงานให้ความช่วยเหลือและแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรม
4.จัดหากลยุทธ์ในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรม 5 ส.
5.จัดการประชุมกับทีมงานกิจกรรม 5 ส.ในพื้นที่ เพื่อวางแผนการทำงานและติดตามผลเดือนละครั้ง
6.แจ้งผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม 5 ส.ต่อคณะกรรมการบริหารกิจกรรม 5 ส.เดือนละครั้ง
