จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 เอกภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ที่มีต่อวิชาร้อยแก้ว มีนักศึกษาที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 40 คน โดยภาพรวมผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีทัศคติที่ไม่ดีต่อวิชาร้อยแก้ว และมีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่การเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้ว เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน 4 ด้าน พบว่า ในทุกด้าน คือ ด้านความคิดเห็นส่วนตัว ด้านความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อวิชาร้อยแก้ว ด้านพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบส่วนตัว และด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียน โดยสามารถอภิปรายผลได้ดังนี้
ด้านความคิดเห็นส่วนตัว ทัศนคติของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ไม่เห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง การอภิปรายผลโดยนำผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมาสนับสนุน พบว่าข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ นักศึกษาไม่มีแรงกระตุ้นในการเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้วเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ส่วนข้อที่ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ นักศึกษารู้สึกไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้วเห็นด้วย
ด้านความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อวิชาร้อยแก้ว ทัศนคติของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับไม่เห็นด้วยอย่ายิ่ง สามารถอภิปรายผลโดยนำผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมาสนับสนุน พบว่าข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมักที่สุดคือนักศึกษารู้สึกกังวลเมื่อต้องตอบคำถามในการเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้วเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ส่วนข้อที่ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ นักศึกษาคิดว่าวิชาร้อยแก้วเป็นวิชาที่หน้าเบื่อหน่ายเห็นด้วย
ด้านพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบส่วนตัว พฤติกรรมการเรียนของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติน้อยครั้ง สามารถอภิปรายผลโดยนำผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมาสนับสนุน พบว่าข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ การเข้าเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้วและการตอบคำถามระหว่างเรียนปฏิบัติน้อยครั้ง ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ การฝึกฝนการตั้งสมาธิในการเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้วปฏิบัติบางครั้ง
ด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียน พฤติกรรมของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติน้อยครั้ง สามารถอภิปรายผลโดยนำผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมาสนับสนุน พบว่า ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ นักศึกษาชอบนั่งใกล้เพื่อนๆ ที่ตั้งใจเรียนปฏิบัติบ่อยครั้ง ส่วนข้อที่ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ นักศึกษาถามอาจารย์ในขณะเรียนทันทีเมื่อไม่เข้าใจบทเรียนวิชาร้อยแก้วปฏิบัติน้อยครั้ง
