ปลูกจิตสำนึกให้เยาวชนไทยร่วมกันรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศ  และเป็นการสร้างความร่วมมือในการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างองค์กรภาครัฐและเอกชนในการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
