ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทำระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างวัสดุสำนักงาน โครงการจัดตั้งคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี โดยการนำเอาระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลมาใช้ในการจัดทำระบบ ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอน 6 ขั้นตอนคือ การศึกษาระบบฐานข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ การเขียนโปรแกรม การทดสอบโปรแกรมแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดของโปรแกรม การจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการใช้โปรแกรม สรุปและนำเสนอระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างวัสดุสำนักงาน โครงการจัดตั้งคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 และภาษาสคริปต์ PHP โดยเขียนบนระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows โปรแกรม Appserv 2.5.10 และใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบสถานะภาพการใช้งาน เพิ่มแก้ไขและค้นหาข้อมูล
