10. การลงทะเบียนเรียน
10.1. นักศึกษาต้องลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาต่างๆ ให้เสร็จก่อนวันเปิดภาคเรียน
10.2. นักศึกษาต้องลงทะเบียนรายวิชาด้วยตนเอง ตามวัน และเวลาที่สถานศึกษากำหนด โดยแจ้งความประสงค์ตามแผนการเรียนที่กำหนดในหลักสูตร พร้อมทั้งชำระเงินค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ ตามระเบียบว่าด้วยการเก็บเงินบำรุงการศึกษา
10.3. นักเรียนที่มีเหตุขัดข้องทางการเงิน ประสงค์ขอผ่อนผันการชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนรายวิชาก็ให้ผู้ปกครองยื่นคำร้องขอผ่อนผันต่อหัวหน้าสถานศึกษา โดยชำระในภาคเรียนหนึ่งๆ ได้ 2 ครั้ง ครั้งสุดท้ายต้องชำระก่อนวันประเมินปลายภาคเรียน เพื่อสิทธิรับการประเมินสรุปผลการเรียน
11. การวัดผลและการสำเร็จการศึกษา
11.1. การประเมินผลการเรียนในทุกรูปแบบการศึกษา ให้ประเมินเป็นรายวิชาโดยดำเนินการประเมินตามสภาพจริงต่อเนื่องตลอดภาคเรียนด้านความรู้ ความสามารถและเจตคติจากกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและการปฏิบัติงานที่มอบหมาย ซึ่งครอบคลุมจุดประสงค์และเนื้อหาวิชาตามสมรรถนะรายวิชา โดยใช้เครื่องมือและวิธีการหลากหลายตามความเหมาะสม
จัดให้มีการประเมินเพื่อพัฒนาและการประเมินสรุปผลการเรียนปลายภาคเรียนโดยพิจารณาจาการประเมินในแต่ละกิจกรรม และงานที่มอบหมายในอัตราส่วนความสำคัญของแต่ละกิจกรรมหรืองานที่มอบหมาย และจัดให้มีการวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเมื่อสิ้นสุดภาคเรียน
11.2. ให้ใช้ตัวเลขแสดงระดับผลการเรียนในแต่ละรายวิชา ดังต่อไปนี้
4.0 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีเยี่ยม
3.5 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก
3.0 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
2.5 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีพอใช้
2.0 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์พอใช้
1.5 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์อ่อน
1.0 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์อ่อนมาก
0 หมายถึง ผลการเรียนต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำ
11.3. การตัดสินผลการเรียนเพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพพุทธศักราช 2556 ให้ถือตามเกณฑ์ต่อไปนี้
1. ประเมินผ่านรายวิชาในหมวดวิชาต่างๆ ครบตามที่กำหนดไว้ในหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาแต่ละประเภทวิชา และสาขาวิชา
2. ได้จำนวนหน่วยกิตสะสมครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดไวไนหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาแต่ละประเภทวิชาและสาขาวิชา
3. ได้ค่าระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.00 และผ่านการประเมินมาตรฐานวิชาชีพกามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
4. ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในสถานศึกษาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ ครบทุกภาคเรียนโดยมีเวลาร่วมปฏิบัติกิจกรรมไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของเวลาที่จัดกิจกรรมในแต่ละภาคเรียน
