ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวข้างต้น บริษัทฯจึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องพิจารณาเลิกจ้างโดยให้ท่านพ้นสภาพจากการเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทฯ มีผลนับตั้งแต่ วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2556 เป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ปัจจุบันท่านมีอายุงาน 2 ปี 6 เดือน โดยบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการจ่ายค่าชดเชยตามที่ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2541 มาตรา 117,118 กำหนด ดังรายละเอียด ต่อไปนี้
