งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง เรื่อง การปรับพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบในการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในรายวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์โดยใช้เบี้ยอรรถกร สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1/2 โรงเรียนวัดเปาโรหิตย์ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบในการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในรายวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยใช้เบี้ยอรรถกร สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1/2 โรงเรียนวัดเปาโรหิตย์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1/2 ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนวัดเปาโรหิตย์ จำนวน 5 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เลือกจากนักเรียนที่มีพฤติกรรมขาดความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน ไม่ส่งงาน ไม่สนใจทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบบันทึกพฤติกรรมการส่งงาน ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1/2 มีพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบในการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในรายวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์เพิ่มมากขึ้นหลังการใช้เบี้ยอรรถกร
