We are visiting bangkok and will be staying for 11 nights.. A family of 2 adults with 2 children.
Is the room upgrade only to reservations made directly at your website? Or will it apply yo reservations from other sites?
Trying to book a deluxe room at your website but it says there's no more available rooms. Tried third party sites and found a cheaper rates.
Please let me know if we can still upgrade.
