Let me further explain some more info to you on this issue.
We are so concerned on histamine level in the tuna red meat material both in fresh and frozen formats.
That is why we are asking you for your records of histamine level found in r/m produced at CMC's plants.
Needless to say, if the actual cargo comes to us and have histamine even 30-40 ppm, that material will certainly not be qualified for our production as it is considered as high risk to be found histamine over standard in our final product.
