บริษัท อิชิตัน กรุป จํากัด จัดตั้งโดย คุณตัน ภาสกรนที เมื่อวันที่ 9 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2553 โดยใน
การจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัทนั้นใชชื่อวา บริษัท ไมตัน จํากัด เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจเครื่องดื่ม ซึ่งประกอบดวย
ผลิตภัณฑ น้ําผลไมผสมดับเบิลดริงก และชาเขียวอิชิตัน ทั้งนี้ คุณตันประกาศคํามั่นสัญญา ในการ
