ผู้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบกิจการสถานพยาบาล ต้องมาชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการประกอบกิจการสถานพยาบาลประจำปี ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม ของทุกปี หากไม่ชำระภายในกำหนด จะต้องชำระเงินเพิ่มร้อยละ5ต่อเดือนและอาจถูกปิดสถานพยาบาลได้ตามมาตรา 49 และมาตรา 50
