2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานและความผูกพันองค์การ ของบุคลากรกรมสรรพสามิต (ส่วนกลาง) โดยกลุ่มตัวย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร กรมสรรพสามิต (ส่วนกลาง) จำนวน 310 คน
