วัตถุประสงค์ของการประชุม
1. เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และการตระหนักถึงบทบาทความสําคัญของสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับการเสริมสร้าง
คุณภาพบัณฑิตเพื่อการพัฒนาประชาคมอาเซียน
2. เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้แก่คณาจารย์ นักวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาประชาคมอาเซียนได้ ให้ข้อเสนอ
แนะเชิงนโยบายเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับการเสริมสร้างคุณภาพบัณฑิตเพื่อการพัฒนาประชาคมอาเซียน
3. เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งในและต่างประเทศในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์
ความรู้ และการจัดกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างคุณภาพบัณฑิตเพื่อการพัฒนาประชาคมอาเซียน

งบประมาณในการดําเนินการ
งบประมาณในการดําเนินการจํ านวน 320,000 บาท ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา

วิธีดําเนินการ
1. ศึกษาหลักการ/วิธีการดําเนินงาน ระเบียบปฏิบัติต่าง ๆ
2. ประชุมวางแผนและวางแนวทางการดําเนินงาน
3. แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดําเนินงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ
4. เสนอโครงการและคําสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการเพื่อลงนามอนุมัติ
5. ประสานงาน ประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ ติดต่อและเชิญวิทยากรทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ
6. ดําเนินงานตามโครงการ ประเมินผล สรุปผลการดําเนินงาน

1. คณาจารย์ นักวิชาการ ผู้บริหาร บุคลากรและนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จ
เจ้าพระยา จํานวน 150 คน
2. คณาจารย์ นักวิชาการ ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐและเอกชนในประเทศไทย
จํานวน 100 คน
3. คณาจารย์ นักวิชาการ ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของประเทศเพื่อนบ้านในกลุ่มอาเซียน
และประเทศอื่นๆที่สนใจ จํานวน 50 คน
