ข้อ ๘. ผู้เช่าจำต้องสงวนทรัพย์สินที่เช่านั้นเสมอกับที่วิญญูชนจะพึงสงวนทรัพย์สินของตัวเอง และต้องทำการบำรุงรักษาทั้งทำการซ่อมแซมเล็กน้อยด้วย
ข้อ ๙ ผู้เช่าตกลงว่าในระหว่างอายุสัญญาเช่า ผู้เช่าจะทำประกันวินาศภัย โดยผู้เช่าจะ
