การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้ทำหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายแนะแนว และครูผู้ปฏิบัติการสอนต่อการบริหารจัดการแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 88 คน ครูฝ่ายแนะแนว 88 คน ครูผู้ปฏิบัติการสอน 88 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Arithmetic Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation)
ผลวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้ทำหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายแนะแนว และครูผู้ปฏิบัติการสอนต่อการบริหารจัดการแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.65, S.D.=0.59) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก 5 ด้าน และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน โดยเรียงตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ด้านเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดหลักสูตรและการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หลักการแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับ มาก ( = 3.74, S.D.=0.67) ด้านการบริหารบุคลากรแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับ มาก ( = 3.73, S.D.=0.71) ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับ มาก ( = 3.71, S.D.=0.70) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.66, S.D.=0.69) ด้านการนิเทศ ติดตาม และประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.56, S.D.=0.60) ด้านการบริหารงานแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง ( = 3.48, S.D.=0.69)
