กรมธรรม์ดังกล่าวข้างต้นได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ดังนี้
1. ให้ยกเลิกจำนวนเงินเอาประกันภัยเดิมทั้งหมด
2. ให้ใช้จำนวนเงินเอาประกันภัย และอัตราเบี้ยประกันภัยที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารแนบท้ายนี้แทน
