ข้อ 9. ผู้เช่า จะไม่นำห้องชุด ไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วง หรือยินยอมไม่ว่าจะโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยายให้ผู้อื่นใช้ ห้องชุด เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ให้เช่าก่อน
